The “Wegweiser” program is part of the prevention work against the ideology of violent Salafism. “Wegweiser” is intended to prevent radicalization or counteract incipient radicalization.
“Wegweiser” is a contact point for adolescents and young adults, parents and relatives and offers them advice and support. “Wegweiser” is also a contact point for schools, facilities, institutions and associations and is building up a prevention network.
“Wegweiser” actively opposes radicalisation, but respects religious convictions and distinguishes between religious life and extremism. The advice is confidential and free of charge. Discussions can take place in Arabic, German, French and Turkish.
Kurze allgemeine Beschreibung: Das Programm „Wegweiser“ ist Teil der Präventionsarbeit gegen die Ideologie des gewaltbereiten Salafismus. “Wegweiser” soll einer Radikalisierung vorbeugen oder einer beginnenden Radikalisierung entgegenwirken.
“Wegweiser” ist Anlaufstelle für Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene, Eltern und Angehörige und bietet ihnen Beratung und Begleitung an. „Wegweiser“ ist außerdem Ansprechpartner für Schulen, Einrichtungen, Institutionen und Vereine und baut ein Präventionsnetzwerk auf.
„Wegweiser“ wendet sich aktiv gegen Radikalisierung, respektiert aber religiöse Überzeugungen und unterscheidet zwischen religiösem Leben und Extremismus. Die Beratung erfolgt vertraulich und ist kostenlos. Die Gespräche können in Arabisch, Deutsch, Französisch und Türkisch stattfinden.
