Confidential advice on the phone (the hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) and online advice
Personal conversations about motivations, fears, worries, desires and personal perspectives
Creation of an individual exit plan
Help in threatening situations
Support in the search for work, training and housing
Assistance in removing extremist tattoos

Kurze allgemeine Beschreibung: Die Aktion Neustart unterstützt Extremisten bei einem sicheren, nachhaltigen Ausstieg. Sie richtet sich an Aussteigewillige selbst und an deren Umfeld wie zum Beispiel Eltern, Freunde, Kollegen, Lehrer sowie Sozialarbeiter. Wir beraten alle – vom beunruhigten Umfeld, über den jungen Szeneeinsteiger oder Mitläufer bis zum langjährigen Aktivisten. Die Aktion Neustart bietet:
Vertrauliche Beratung am Telefon (die Hotline ist 24 Stunden, 7 Tage die Woche erreichbar) und per Online-Beratung
Persönliche Gespräche über Motivationen, Ängste, Sorgen, Wünsche und persönliche Perspektiven
Erstellung eines individuellen Ausstiegsplans
Hilfe in Bedrohungssituationen
Unterstützung bei der Arbeits-, Ausbildungs- und Wohnungssuche
Unterstützung bei der Entfernung von extremistischen Tätowierungen
Unterstützung bei Gesprächen mit Eltern, Lehrern, Arbeitgebern, Behörden etc.
